Yesterday woke up to discover that one of my baby ocells died. They were well fed and cared for. I am upset cause i lost one of my babies, It was sort of folded and sucked up in the filter, today i noticed another lost bass :( double bummer, i know it wasnt the filter because the one that died today was still alive but, like the first it was folded like a 90 degree angle, I tried many things but eventually it died. Can someone help me so I can keep my last one alive. Tank is a 15g and only other fish is one brown bristlenose pleco. Please help, I dont know what to do.

I am new to peacock bass myself have two orinos .temp should be 84 to 88 very good water quality amonia-0 nitrite -0.Also get rid of the pleco at night they are fin suckers seriously move him.also feed 3 times aday.

Havent had any problems with the pleco before, they have been together since july, and there is always a light on in the room, so pleco really hasn't bothered them (plecos USUALLY fin nip and slime coat suck at night when pitch black). Mine were on Blood worms, the tank temp is like 82. Havent been able to check water quality, will do asap!

raise temp just a little to 84 you will see a diff in apitite and activety for sure .also try tilapia chopped up in little bits mine love it.Temp really seems to make the diff.try it.

Unless there tiny little buggers... But even that seems little for a grow out. Then again I really don't know anything about pbass :]

Sorry for your losses hope you get things figured out!!!
