I have three baby rays two started eating good right away, but the one female still has not really ate much. Yesterday I moved her into her own tank and put some live blackworm in and she grazed a bit on them and I observed she eat a bit of them but she is so skinny now. Does it just take time for her to get her appitite? or should I try someother foods that I haven't (tried cut nightcrawler, bloodworms, cut prawns, and even tried with and without garlic extract)? any help or sugestions would be great.

how long has it been since you aquired her?
Deathcurl;536053; said:Yes...Live blackworms seems to jump start small rays. It once took me 6 months to get a couple of baby true flower rays to eat regularly. They looked like they were literally at death's door with caved in heads and tail girdle showing before they kicked in. Once eating, there was no stopping them. It just takes time. The less stress on the ray, the better.
