hey guys whats up..... this is related to anyone who has any knowledge with back problems.... i find that when i sleep no matter how long i sleep, im still very tired in the morning , to be honest i feel like crap..... no here's the setup.. i have a bad back from when i used to MMA..... i have arthritus and a chipped disci mean if i sit for to long i feel like its gunna snap..... btw in in my 20's lol and my bed, well yea its old and comformed to my body which i don't think can be all to good either..... just need some help figuring this out..... cause to be honest ifone of you can give me a god enough senseble opinion i dont have to pay the dr to do the same.... greatly appriciated.........
