help barramundi very sick

Was fine until just now, just checked on him and he cant control anything. Its spinning and lying on its back in an attempt to swim, water params are fine, all other fish are fine. Whats wrong???? please help.

Ammonia? Temp? Those are the two things I have seen cause that. Swim bladder infection possibly as well, which could be caused by either one of the aforementioned causes.

ammonia's zero, temp did rocket from 25 to 30 basically overnight, he's still struggling now though and temps back down.
