So I have an established pair of JD cichlids, and I'd really like to breed them. They're currently housed in a 55 gallon with the only other tank mate being an algae eater. I've provided caves and rock formations for them to lay eggs, but they don't seem inclined to do so. I do regular water changes and feed them once a day. Still nothing. Any suggestions on how to encourage them to breed? Any help would be appreciated.
