help buying red terror

A lot of LFS will have Mayan Cichlids (like this one) listed as Red Terrors

thanks and i was also wondering wat the smaller ones look like cuz it seems like the smaller red terror dont have red or orange on them yet

I think one of the biggest tells is that a true festae will have a solid Y marking near their gill plate, while the mayan will just have stripes. I also heard that a true red terror has the spot on their tail fin on the upper half of the body, and the mayan is slightly lower (not sure about this one).
