AND WHEN I PUT IT IN THE TANK IT LIKE STARTED TO MAKE A FLOWER AND CLOSE UP IS THAT NORMAL???

How did you acclimate it? anemones are very sensitive creatures & generally don't ship well. What are your parameters?
when put in new water they expel the old and replace it with new water. its normal.
but i would answer these folks questions so they can help you provide the best home to your anemones, as they are very delicate and the average fish keeper goes through several before getting it right
