HELP!!Channa Bleheri Fighting!!

Hi bros i have seen LFS keeping like 8-9 piece of Channa Bleheri in a small tank and they dun seem to fight but as for my case i dunno is it whether they are still new(Just Bought Them 2-3 days ago) as i have 3 of them housing by it own in a 1.5ft Java fern tank and one seem to be very agressive which will chase and bite the other 2 mostly when they tend to meet and currently the 2 piece which have abit of torn fins on the dorsal part seem like always staying togther at the surface of the water and their colour turn to those very patchy brown seem like stress(Dun Really Swim Around),can anyone advise on this like how can i prevent them to fight so much or becos they are still new and have to let them adapt to a new enviroment for some time so just observed first,thank alot and it will greatly be appreciated for your help,Kinda Sad to see 2 of my Bleheris Colour Turning from Nice Colour to those Patchy Sucks Colour and Numbers of Torn Fins here and there:(
 
usually they will fight. no i dont have personal expierence owning one but i hear they are pretty aggressive. and terretorial.

oic,thank but kinda boring to see only one ruling around the tank and the rest of the 2 hanging togther in one dark corner and the colour of them also become ugly due to stress i guess
 
well i keep my mar they started to fight the bigger two and when one won and one had a lil rip on fin thewy stopped becaus ehes won the teritory there jsut showing whos the boss.
 
i had the same problem...they should settle down after a few weeks...one is usually dominant but it changes time to time
 
Oic,maybe i guess its just a matter of time and maybe i should vut down into a pair instead of 3 as there may not be enough room for them as which could leam them to fight more:nilly:Yeah and for what i observed currently,altought there is torn fin here and there in the 2 weaker one how ever they dun realli fight all the time,its only when they meet each other and the Mad King will chase them ard and if any of the 2 are abit slower there the fins goes lol
