My 3" baby cichlas got ich. I'm currently treating with salt, high temp, and API Ich Cure. Should I do half dose or full dose? I've never cure any fish with full dose using any meds so I'm kind of scare to go full does. I did half dose for a 10g tank. The cichlas don't see stressed so I guess it should be a better choice to go half dose right?

stay away from meds unless you need them or your fish will die, keep the temps bumped, add salts and do frequent water changes is what i recommend

I tried your recommendation for two days and it is not working so this why on day 3 I'm resorting to meds. Let's hope this stuff does miracle.

i up salt content. if that doesn't work, i use half doses and do dips in seperate bucket with air for 15mins or so, then but them back. repeat once per day as long as it's not causing detriment to fish. more freaquent WCs

I am experienced with veterinary medicine on small and exotic pets. Fish are very hard to treat but as with any animal they build tolerance to meds. If the half dose is innefective as well as other factors such as temp and salt, raising the dose of meds is recommended. Do your water changes when giving meds. My aro had ick, and now is alive and strong.

No med, Joe, especially at that size.
