Need help. I've noticed a colourless slime at the bottom of my tank around the base of my live rocks/corals. One of my neon gobies seemed to get caught in it and I had to release him. Soon after he died :( can anyone tell me why time slimy substance is and how i can get rid of it????

i have no idea what that is, try some hermits, snails, or other type clean up crew and see if they go for it

the only slimey colorless substance i have had is from an old packet of water clearer, magnet something, that came in a fish store sand bag.

bio magnet clarifier?

Ya...im with crazy. This seems odd. The clarifier kinda looks like, but disperses pretty easily. It should also be mixed with h2o when added to a tank.

My first idea was that a coral or something was slimming. We will see once we have pictures.
