Hi, I currently have a 600 gallon tank. demintions are 10'x48"x24" but its 1/2" thick acrylic. It was made by a local guy who is pretty good! It bows pretty good and I live near train tracks that shake my house! It has been set up for a couple of years with no problems but I lose sleep sometimes! I have sold my motoro rays and want to upgrade to 1" thick Before i get some black rays. I fear after I spend all the $$$$ on the rays ill come home to a nightmare! I just tried to contact tenecor since they are close to UT, but they are out of bussiness? I remeber of a place in colorado but cannot remeber the name. If you know a good custom tank shop please let me know! thanks for reading this, Chris

near you there is envision acrylics. very expensive but sounds like someone you need.quality is their game. i paid double what tenecor would have charged.
ex-tenecor employee's open a company around phoenix.cant think of their names but check under set-up fitration threads, theres post about them and tenecor.

My 520 gallon (96"x42"x30") was made by Innovative Plastics Inc (IPI) in Hudsonville, MI. Awesome job and it is 1" thick on the viewing panels, the rest if 3/4".

approximately how much was it?

My tank (I picked up so no delivery) was about $3600 for the way I had it done...external overflow box, black back, extra large openings etc.

I highly reccomend innovative plastics or midwest custom

I too recommend Envision Acrylics or Midwest. Envision will most likely your best bet since they are close to you.
