Help! dead chinese algae eater, cause of death?

My chinese algae eater is dead! I think my oscar killed it, but i want to make sure that it's not a disease!

The water params were ok the temp was 24 degrees celsius i last changed my water about 1 week ago my oscar is about 12 cm
