I acquired a 10" Texas cichlid from a friend 2 weeks ago. He told me he was being bullied in a 225. I have him solo in a 90 gallon now but it's been 2 weeks and he shows no interest in eating. I've tried frozen bloodworms, hikari pellets, flakes, live food and even fresh fish (tilapia.) Soaking pellets in bloodworms ect.

He now Is developing white sores on his body, primarily on one side. He is extremely active and loves to swim and dance thru the large driftwood.

Nothing to worry about. Adult fish sometimes take ages to feed after a move. I've had adult cichlids take up to 8 weeks to start feeding.
The white blobs on its body look like Lymphocytosis. Again nothing to worry about. I've found it common in Herichthys species. The stress of being bullied and the move has caused it. Now it's in a tank alone I'm 100% sure it will make full recovery. It will take time though. In this case patients is the best cure. Believe me.
