Definitely looks to be some type of Cryptocoryne plant... wondering if it could be C.Pruva or one of the other smaller growing crypts based on size...

Anyway, good thing is most your plants seem to be low light plants, which aren't overly demanding for light etc such as Anubias / Crypts... so hopefully as you as you control the amount of light you get in the tank, you should be able to avoid having algae to deal with...

there is nothing wrong with them... They are cryptocorynes but I am unsure of the exact variety. Many of the leaves look to still be in their non aquatic form. These will not do well underwater and will likely melt with time.

Crypts are known for the color variations even within the same plant. Some leaves will be green and other will be brown or even orange/red in color. do some google image searching and you will see what I mean.

Point it, don't worry about it.
