Help dovii face messed up

Hey guys just looked at my son's dovii and his face is all peeling the wife thinks it's from slamming the top of the tank all night but I just want to make sure it's nothing else any ideas?

Looks like abrasion. Do a water change and add some melafix.

My Texas gets marks like this adter he gets in a fight. Usually just one or two on the head. Its just skin damage and heals up in a few days... As long as the water is clean it wont get infected, you should be aight.

How's his attitude? Looks like he's been chasing something and getting hurt along the way. Any tank mates?

No tank mates all by him self he likes to smash the top of the tank at night if he didn't get any feeders that day he's a dick lol
