They can be territorial once fully settled in. There's always the possiblity that your FM and blue and black parrot could pair up and compete with the EBAs. Right now, we know that you have aggressive green terrors.

The 140 L tank is too small for any of the cichlids you have when adults, and even a 300 liter is quite small for any more than a pair of acaras, or...a trio of FMs ...or pair of convicts.
All cichlids are territorial, with other cichlids, so a pair of one or the other, and maybe some non-cichlid dithers.

Maybe a 6 foot 150-180 gallon. Better yet something like an 8' 240-300 gallon. The problem is gonna be the terrors fighting over territory and picking on the smaller cichlids they see as competition.

Convicts can be problematic too when housed with more docile cichlids.

Hard to prescribe something that will result in a "peaceful tank" with those inhabitants. They are all semi-aggressive to aggressive cichlids that will routinely fight for territory and social status if kept in close proximity.

Yes, the one in your 1st pic is a JD, below is a video of the space they live in, in nature, to live harmoniously with other cichlids, and what they share habitat with.

Even in nature when they share habitat with other cichlids, that are more dominant, they tend to to suffer.
