We had an oscar jump out of the tank at work. We put him back in instantly. Now one eye is swelling huge. He is about 5" and his eye is about the size of a marble and looks like it might pop. Is there anything to do for him other than salt and melifix?

That doesn't look like it's going to heal nicely. Pics? Put it in the hospital tank and stick with daily water changes along with Melafix. If in a few days, it doesn't improve, then the eye needs to be removed to avoid further infection.
