help feeding fish

Can I feed worms to my Bolivian rams and rainbow shark instead of or with shrimp. And if so what kind of worms...red wigglers, earthworms, etc???

As long as the worms are not treated with chemicals or pesticides they can be used as food. With small fish like that you should just chop the worms up.

is it good to just feed them twice a week and meat pellets the rest so they dont eat worms only
