help feeding PBP's

so i am taking care of my friends tank while he is in france. there are 11 RBP's in there, he was feeding them raw beef cubes. i know this is bad for them and i have told him many times to use something ele, but he didnt listen.
what should i be feeding them?
how often?
and how much?

i would feed them what he wants you to feed them with. their his fish, do what he wants.

ya i would suggest getting a bag of RAW frozen shrimp, I can get a bag of 50-60 for $7, they are cheaper then pellets
