My Thai silk ate some coral and its stuck in his anal and wont come out! What should i do? will it kill him if he cannot poop or should i help squeeze it out?

ouch. it has to come out, it'll kill it if it doesn't. but I certainly wouldn't try to squeeze anything, that'd be a good way to slice up the insides of your fish.
it may come out on it's own.

Try feeding some frozen food for now, it should be soft enough to pass and might help lube the area to get it out. Otherwise pull the fish out and flip it over, then try squeezing some KY on the area and see if you can 'help' it out, just don't force it. Epsom salts may help too.
