I set up a pond a few months ago and i have cycled it using goldfish and minnows. I currently have a saugeye, and 3 white bass (sand bass) and a huge crappie. i have noticed that the fish are slowly dieing and have huge white spots on there body, does anybody know what this could be? i notice that there eyes get cloudy and they get these white spots and freak out a lot by swimming eratically, then die a few days later. pond is cycled.

Sounds like a fungus-a-mungus....

How many gals. is the pond?
Any pics. of the sick fish?

change all the water
as soon as possible
and put in 5 pounds of salt per 150 gallons of water...
I also suggest using a malachite green/formalin treatment as soon as possible
along with the salt...
but change 95% of the water first

I DID A HUGE WATER CHANGE BUT DID NOT ADD ANYTHING TO THE WATER. IT IS WEIRD BECASUE THERE IS A WALLEYE AND A CRAPPIE IN THERE AND THEY DID NOT GET IT.
IT WAS WEIRD IT ALMOST LOOKED LIKE THE SLIME COAT WAS FALLING OFF. I ALSO NOTICED RIGHT BEFORE THEY DIED THERE WERE TADPOLES ALL OVER THEM.

Pre-dissolve
the salt in buckets of water and slowly add it to the pond.

Better would be to give them a salt/malachite green/formalin dip (won't damage the filter).

Where did you get the minnows and goldfish? My local bait stores all have them and they all are diseased. Same with feeder goldfish. So unless yours were 100% healthy and none died while cycling your pond, then one of your other fish brought the disease in. Don't blame the tadpoles, they are just looking for take out. Follow the above suggestions and always, always, check your new stocks tankmates before you take them home.
