HELP!!! Fish not eating!!!

I have my red top hongi for 2 weeks now and it's not eating since I purchased it. When ever I give food it will hide in the rock. And it basically stays in the rock most of the time and stays by the filter. What could this be? Could it be bloating? How do I cure it? And I haven't mention it's a African cichlid.

Water parameters, tank mates, tank size?? Have you tried feeding different food or perhaps coaxing it out with a treat food like brine shrimp??
