Are you guys sure that isnt just her egg tube ready to lay eggs? The epsom salt is magnesium sulfate and can be found at pretty much any grocery store (at least in America not sure about India?). I used 15 grams to 500 ml of water. Use an pipette to soak the food and feed for five days. You can find the post by RD. called "Treating Hexamita aka Spironucleus". Its easier to search in advanced search for RD. (his user name) and find the post. Dont forget the period at the end of his user name!

showed this pics to the pet shop that guy told me it`s going to lay eggs. what can i do now? can i treat her or else to wait for eggs

she is fine. she is gona lay eggs

hehe... Thats what I thought, but didn't want to act so sure that I would get flamed! When my female flowerhorn laid eggs her tube looked just like that. After she is done laying her eggs it will retract back into her body and she will look normal again. If you really want you can treat her for hexamita and flush her system with the epsom salt treatment (now or later...doesn't matter). It won't hurt her and will help get rid of any nasties in her stomach/intestines. Make sure you follow the directions!

No need to rush (worry)... she looks perfectly healthy and fine. When you see stringy white feces then its really time for the treatment!

You want to see an example of a hernia/prolapsed rectum and pretty severe hexamita? Check out RD.'s other forum posting: "Red Diamond from Zero to Hero". There you can see a picture of the white stringy feces and a real hernia/prolapsed rectum. Nice to see they finally made his (RD.) post on treating hexamita/spironucleus with epsom salt a sticky! It's cheap and really works!:)

By the way, I am in no way an "expert". Just glad I could help.
RD. is the man!

Hi, I have to add my two cents.....my MALE Firemouth had this exactl same thing............unfortunately he eventually died......none of the pet stores knew what was happening particularly since it was a MALE

You should look at the posts by RD. that I mentioned so you can be ready the next time any of your fish suffer from hexamita (look at the example "Red Diamond from Zero to Hero" and for the cure check out "Treating Hexamita aka Spironucleus" - just type in (RD.) using advanced search in the username search/box and scroll down a bit to find the post). Epsom salt treatment is cheap and it really works!
