My flowerhorn has not had much of an appetite for several weeks and has even stopped eating all together.

A couple weeks ago I noticed my flowerhorn was somewhat lethargic and did not have the appetite/voraciousness that he usually had. I tried to feed him some pellets with epsom salt to see if that would help, but he eventually stopped eating altogether. I treated with PraziPro and pellets/epsom salt solution and then gave him about a week of no feeding/medication to see if his appetite would recover. He was still not eating so I treated him with Clear solution. I waited six days and on the sixth day I tried to feed, but he would still not eat. How do I proceed? Do I treat with Clear again? Help save my flowerhorn!

I have attached pictures of his poop on the sixth day after I treated with Clear solution.
