Help For making DYI pond

im thinking of making a DYI pond that's not IN the ground.. which is ON TOP of the ground .. xD Uhh so can i get some ideas?
 
Have you do a search thru hear to look at the others that have been done?

Wood?

Concrete?

Plastic?

Fiberglass?

Pre-fab?

and im thinking off a 300 gal? and i dun wanna buy those rubbermaids .. its cheaper for DYI

If you want a lifelong home for your red tail, you should be looking at something around 1,000 gallons, with height being the least important factor.
 
alright .. i guess i'll go with a 1000 gal .. so any ideas or dimenions?
