Help!!! FX5 is acting up what can i do to fix

Hey my power went out last night for a little bit and when it came back on my filter started to turn on then now its spitting out little bubbles. ive unplugged it a few times and plugged it back in so it can "self prime" again but no luck.... Anybody else experience this? my water is all cloudy now.

hows the filter going? the air should have purged by now...the cloudiness could be from the mulm on your tubing...if you are still having trouble with air try tightening the cover more and if that doesnt do it I read a post that stated to remove the pipe connected to the inlet on the fx5 cover...I havent had a problem with my fx5 doing this but have read quite a few stories of this happening to others

check if air is entering anywhere (pipes, connections, lid, etc). If not, check if their is an airsource near the intake. It might be sucking in air from a powerstone or spongefilter.

yeah i fixed it a few days ago, tho. Yeah Im a little retarted i had a airstone under the intake so thats where the air was coming from.
