Somewhere
I was admiring my 75 gallon tank when I happened to glance at my golden clown knife, and I noticed a mysterious lump 3/4 down the length of his body. I figured it might go away or get worse within a few days, that way I would know whether or not to treat it, so I observed it every day. It's been a week and the lump hasn't gotten worse or better. I'm worried. I searched the web to come to no avail. I did find a post however, on a different forum, and the poster stated that he also found a mysterious lump on his arowana and treated with salt, maracyn, and prazi pro with no success, so he decided to preform surgery on his arowana. When he cut the back of the lump open, out came a long worm with a white head, curled up into a ball, in the shape of the lump. I just don't know what to do. Has anyone had any experience with this?

I can't catch it on camera because (1) my camera sucks and (2) the lump doesn't have any discoloration, so it blends in with the fish.
