I have a thread or two up about my goonch already, so I won't be redundant with my setup unless information is requested. Basically my goonch is just under 9" and it hasn't eaten anything that I have noticed in almost 2 weeks. It was eating regularly for 3 or 4 weeks and then just stopped. I have no idea what could be the cause of this. I know there must be at least a dozen active members that have experience keeping bagarius yarelli. Any advice or input would be great. I am doing a large water change and dosing with PraziPro tonight. I heard that internal parasites cause similar behavior in rays, so it's a possibility.

If the fish doesn't appear to be losing weight I wouldn't worry much about a short fast. On the other hand, if you suspect a problem, it's better to get ahead of it rather than let the fish's health decline before treatment and prazipro is pretty mild. According to the directions you can even use it as a preventative.
Id recommend increasing tank temp a little (degree or two) as well to increase its metabolism
