Help guys! Tank water problem.

My tank is new ,including the media filter too.(ohf) .there's a line of foaming bubbles in the perimeter of my tank. Is this good or? If not how to solve the problem?

If you are trying to check get a test kit or bring it to your lfs hope every thing goes good on your tank what do you plan on putting in there?
