Help help aro got part of bottom fin cut Any thing I can do??

It’s going to be tough to cut that without knocking out the fish... the fins will grow back either way but might not grow straight if you don’t cut out ripped area.
 
My opinion is to just leave it alone

arowanas are tough. It will grow back. Keep your water clean (20% water changes weekly), maybe bump up the temp a few degerees, and keep him fed
 
I had a Arowana with a chunk out of it's tail & its two front fins was badly ripped but it grew back fine on its own, the tail took longer as it had a chunk out of it but the split fins soon grew back. theres no need to start operating on them just keep the water & filters clean & keep feeding them a varied diet & they soon heal all by them self's
