Help Help ....Parasites ??????

I Have very tiny white worms and bugs they look like way to small to take a picture of...they are located in the rocks of my tank its the first time i noticed them do you guys have any clue what this maybe and do you have any solutions to resolve the problem if its a problem
 
They are planaria and are totally harmless to your fish. However, they are a warning sign that you have been overfeeding and not doing enough gravel vacuuming. All of us overfeed sometimes, so you aren't alone. Not every overfed tank gets planaria, but the good thing is that they serve as a good warning sign. You just have to get things cleaned up and the planaria will fade away. They may never go away completely, but if you see them over populating again you will know what to do
 
lol i kno i kno i did sum research after i posted and this is what i came up with so i hope some one can second this theory
 
lol its good info for others to know ;) i had this problem with oscars but never pbass. maybe because i didnt care as much about my oscar as i do my about my cichla lol who knows ;)
