I reinforced my stand with pine strip wood, I added styrofoam under the tank and I fill my 75G tank up.

BUT its imbalance...

(see pic) its leaning toward the right side (approx half of an inch)

What should I do?

AND

I dont want to empty the tank  because it took me 15 times (15 buckets of water) of walking downstair to fill up

Sounds like you have to put some wooden shims under there, you can get them at any hardware store. I don't see any way to fix this without emptying some water out. Sounds like water changes are going to be a real PITA too. Is there a drain down there? I would get a garden hose and hook it up to a faucet upstairs. You can find the necessary adapters in the plumbing department at the hardware store. Maybe a big pond pump to get the water upstairs if there's no drain close by.

From the picture alone, I can see disaster in the future...

What kind of disaster? crack in the tank?

I cracked a 40G (no styrofoam underneath and such) a year ago in that same spot and loss all my fish. Now its happening again.. its leaning toward the right side.

I was planning to keep my biggest datnoid in there .. Im scare now x.x

Why the foam?? Anyway, you can use the wood shims or I prefer the synthetic ones (graphite I think) You should be able to lift it up enough to have someone slide them under. The shims break off easy. 1/2" is a lot though man. I would assume it isn't 1/2".I would line the whole length with the shims if it is really that imbalanced.

This is alot like a star trek academy test exam or something crazy like that. Someone posts an impossible dilemma and we are supposed to figure it out. The no-win situation. I personally cannot stand filling a tank by bucket. I have gone out of my way to run a hose to a neighbors apartment and filled tanks that way to avoid the bucket. HAHA. Seriously though, you will have to drain that tank and destroy that abortion of a stand, before you have to relive the tsunami nightmare!!

That thing looks like an office furniture throw-away. We will be here, praying for your survival. Also please post cool pics of the awesome tank stand you are now dreaming up.

cause lfs people said foam will balance the tank out evenly

I got it from a closed down lfs for free, and the landlord doesnt know anything about fish. The question is, is this a terrium stand or an aquarium stand, because I got a similar design stand for 40G fish tank. Im not sure, so I added four pine wood to the base, making sure it will hold. If it is necessary, I can always go back and buy some more pine and stick it in.

NEVER EVER LISTEN TO THE LFS PEOPLE!!!!! J/K man. Well, that was a pretty stupid idea. You can get some other phome to put in the cabnet if you have some loud canister filters or something lol.
I think the stand itself.....well, I don't want to say much more man. Just make sure your stand is nicely reinforced. Does it move or shake when you bump it at all? DOes it feel sturdy??
BTW, I would definitely get the attachment for your kitchen sink or something. You will have a pretty bad time doing the water changes.
GL to ya!!

This is just a stepping stone, I am planning to upgrade one more time in about a year or two (after finishing the basement) to a 150-200G tank. Because I got some monster baby (2 orino peacock bass, RTC x TSN catfish)

I dont really care of how the stand look, because its in the basement, no one will view it except me. Im very confident that the stand will not break or fall (it doesnt shake)

My biggest CONCERN and FEAR is that will the tank glass get crack because of the imbalance?

and

It a 5G bucket, I can still manage it for once or twice per week

and

TY! :D

Shims are just skinny pieces of wood (or other material). Just ask for them at the Hardware store and they'll show you. The foam is a good thing to have under the tank to even out any imperfections in the top of the stand. If there was a pebble or protruding nail or something, this foam would help cushion the tank. If you don't get the tank completely level, it is much more likely to fail than if it was level. I highly recommend putting some shims under the tank or under the stand.
