Im moving away to college and wanna bring my fish with me. I have a hujeta gar and a pair of kribs. Wat is the safest way to do this to keep the fish alive? I've talked to the guy at the pet store and he said a bucket with an air pump. The fish are gonna need to stay alive for about half a day and are being taken in the car. Any more advice?

A tote with an air pump. Don't feed them for 3-5 days before the big move. And set up their tank asap.
