Help.how many gallons?

I picked up a bow front tank at 1:30 this morning from my neighborhood.im test filling right now.its about 3' long at the back and 12" wide. Here's a pic it's also 16.5" from back to the most bowed part.

Sorry I wasn't sure about bowfronts and how to get the gallon age but thx! So a 36 gallon bowfronts hmm what should I stock it with?

The sizes they use for most tanks are rough. I think my 300 is like 292 when you crunch the numbers. You're probably right about it being 49 gallons but they call it a 46 for whatever reason.

Oh ok what should I stock it with?im planning on moving my male con to this tank and my friend wants me to take his female is that all that I'm gonna be able to keep in there?
