Help how much for a 15" TSN?

hello everyone i know a guy that has a 15 inch tiger shovel nose catfish that he wants to sell me for $80 is this a good deal? i know they get very big the tsn will be going into a 650 gallon tank. i just dont know how much i should pay for the tsn is $80 a good deal or how much is the fish worth?

I think $80 sounds like a good deal. I've seen most people asking $100 for a TSN around that size. On a side note, I'd love to see pics of the 650 if it's up and running!

I'd say it's a bit steep.. $50 sounds better. TSN`s aren`t my fancy though.

You do realize he will eat anything and every thing under 10 inches if he feels like it.

if its a nice fish yes, but you can grow pne that big in approx 6 monthes.

hey yeah i will when my new camera comes in i droped my camera in my 125 gallon i am getting a new water/shock/freeze proof camera next week
i have 2 giant grouamis, 2 orinto peacock bass, 2 jaguiar cichlids, 1 jd, 2 synspilum cichlids, and a sen bichir
i dont have much pics of the tank im new to the forms
