i have tried a full water change, window scraping and a full sand change it took me 3 hours not including the trip to the pet shop for sand.

is their any way to get rid of this stinking mess that i think is DGA

my tank is 35ltr medium planted tank with a couple of fish, been set up for about 3 weeks now and had a crab and a congo frog die- i think from consuming this stuff(however my cory seems fine, and ive watched him swim neer and on it many times).

my ammonia and nitrite where 0 before i changed my tank water and sand, but some days i test and its 0.25 but retreets to 0 the next day. is this supposed to happen?

hope this helps

ps i think i introduced the DGA by a moss ball.

can you tell me what DGA stands for cause i put in a moss ball and ive noticed a bunch of tiny little worms on the gravel of the tank and the decorations

I'm thinking it is some form of algae, judging from the sound of it as well as procedure that Dissidify is using to "get rid of it". Am curiously wondering if doing a full water change is the best means to rid this tank of this as that would destroy the original cycling.

What does DGA stand for? Dark green algae? Or does your tank have blue green algae. If it is blue green algae, ultralife blue green algae remover works.
