HELP! I can't find my clown knife!!!

I cannot find my clown knife at all! I didn't see him at feeding time or at night. I'm worried he jumped out but I have a completely secure lid that wasn't open! he is in a 100g and he is housed with fish of similar size and temperment. I just got him 3 days ago and he's 4in! I need help as soon as possible

calm down. he is probably just hiding. turn off the lights and wait. he will come out

yeah, I had the same problem with mine. I thought my oscar ate him but he was just hiding.
