it looks alot like a minature south american albino cichlid, its fin spikes up and looks alot like a firemouth type body, the guy at the petstore said every once in a while they come in with a box of feeder guppies, i told them to hold them for me everytime they get them, i want more of them, they are like sweet looking miniature carnivores!
he chases the guppies around teh tank and tries to eat them, however the larger guppies are just as big as him, id guess about 1.25" long or so, the pet store owner said he saved 5 of them a year ago and put in his personal tank, he said they never grew larger.... not sure if he's telling the truth or not, but who knows.
id love to know what it is, i guess in a month or two ill know if it is going to get larger, its in with feeder guppies and convict fry in a 29 gallon tank.
