Help....I think Parasite?

I know this is a terrible pic but it's the best I could do at this moment. I'll try to come up with better shots.

The red dot is actually 3-5 pin hole red dots. Do you guys think this is parasite? The other platinum had something sticking to its back. Both are eating fine but appears a bit sluggish. Any idea what it could be?

A few days ago I had these wiggley worms but it went away after I stop over feeding and did 50% waterchange 3 days in a row. See description in video.

the wrigley worms are just from dirty water. there harmless. once u clean up the tank, feed less and a wc itll go away.
if ur bichirs eat pellets
u should get jungles anti-parasite pellets just to be safe.
or u could quarantine and melafix.
