Help ID Lobster

Hi saw this red clawed lobster in an aquarium. It's about 4 inch.
Can anyone tell me what species is this and how to identify if its a male or female? Cause I might wanna home it. The picture is one of the closest I found on the Internet. But its much smaller in actual size.

it looks like a australian red claw. i have one that is blue and the bigger they get they change to this color. the reason i say its and austrailan red claw is because of the red marking on the outside of the claw being red . at a young age they are usually tan or brownish in color
