HELP ID MY CHANNA SP AKA 'RED PANDA'

QHi I have a modest sized collection of snakeheads here in Bangkok where I live and often go to the fish markets in Bangkok and came across this snakehead being sold as a Channa Sp with an English name of Red Panda I bought myself two of these stunning fish I havent yet took a picture of mine yet,I have never seen these Channa before until a week ago at the market. I have been googling many site trying to find more info and came across another guy who has exactly the same story.

I was also told this was from a lake inside of Burma

wow thats a really good looking snakehead. its too bad those dumbass maryland scientists caused snakeheads to be banned here in the US.

It is a very colourfull gachua/limbata variant from the Border aea between Thailand and Burma (Myanmar) this info comes via palle not me. it is very new to the trade so not a lot of info as yet

I got them aready too. LFS claim it from Myanmar but I still don't believe. Origianal of this sp is still secret for LFS, it is easy to say it from Myanmar.
