Nice turtle! Looks to be a Florida Softshell Turtle (Apalone ferox). Get ready for a big turtle if it's a female!

REALLY? WOW! but I forgot the name, my lfs sell those here for like $120!! :D xD lucky! xD

but the one here got like orange color :o
 
thanks for the comments, they look really cute in person, and they eat like pigs, they love blood worms

that was a good read dude thanks. the pic on the left looks more like them and may be the male. Hope i got males then,......... I do plan on getting at least a 300g+ pond by the end of the year so if I have them that long they can go in there.
 
Yeah I hope they're males too, females can get huge! A pond is a great idea for keep this species of turtle in. Good luck with them.
