I think it’s grown a little . Hard to tell got her 2 months ago at lfs and was told she’d be a foot . Need her to be at least that she’s in a tank with two monos a red bay and an Arowana . They get along oddly terrific . For now

Hard to tell but looks like proteus. See what mrrobxc mrrobxc and Rocksor Rocksor think.
 
Agreed on needing better pics. Will not get a foot and isn’t a good idea to mix with a mono.
 
Then My next question would be can I switch him to my 75 gallon that has 2 Severums a geo and a 5 inch datnoid
 
Not a lugubris pike. I'm leaning towards a female saxatilis pike species that won't get longer than 8" total length.
 
It appears to be Lucius from its pattern. It’s a female so Rocksor Rocksor is correct on estimated max size. Not a good mate for Cichla.

The Cichla you have seems to be the farmies out there. A mix of Ocellaris and Mono is likely.
