Help ID please, IT vs. NTT?

This guy was sold to me as an IT but those bars are awefully thin. I'm thinking NTT. What do you guys think?

The right side of the fish is identical to the left side pictured above. This guy is roughly 2" in length and cost me $44 plus shipping. So, general consensus is NTT then?

No, from AZ Gardens. It's a decent looking NTT, pretty stable since I let the little guy into my tank. However, I was looking forward to the D. microlepis I ordered with "bold bars and good gold color"!
