Help ID some mota's!

2 red tiger motaguenses.
Can anyone confirm the sex?

The large one is my friends,
I think male?

Smaller one is mine (rio blanco)
I also think male, but too small to be sure. I could get a video.
What do you experts think? Thanks!

your's i think it looks very much female. Your friend's mota with black peppering is male for sure.. Looks like there's a m&f there

Yours is a female and your friends is a male you can tell by the spotting on the gill plate and fins if its a male.

Since we confirmed the bigger one as Male, here is some pictures of my RTM' parents to be sure...
I can see what Gatling is talking about with the spotting on the gill plate for the female...
