Last fall I was part of a group order and I ordered a bunch of little cichlids. The types that I ordered were, astatheros nourisatti, paraneetroplus bulleri, chuco godmanni and caquetia myersi. Of these fish the only one that I can ID is the myersi, the other 3 I could never tell apart. Since then the 3 unidentifiable groups were killed off by each other so that now I have only this 1 kind of fish left. Im not sure what kind they are but Im sorta leaning towards a. nourisatti. Sorry for the rush job pics. Ill get better ones up if I need to....

Its either the nourisatti or the paraneetroplus bulleri. Never seen the juv. of either species though, but judging from the adults, its one of those two.

Thanks Jer. Nice to see you back. Been a while . Anuone else?

Not sure of the ID, but one of my lfs has a 8" Nourisatti that I have been very tempted to purchase. It is gorgeous but did not know how well it will hold up with my Vieja.

:iagree: The "checkmark" on the side is a dead giveaway. C. godmanni is know as "the checkmark cichlid", after all. I have had one before, they are beautiful fish when mature. Where did you order the fish from, if you don't mind me asking?
