Looks like it could be the same thing my Gold Sevrum had, does the growth come out long and worm like in appearance, after trying several treatments I took the fish to the LFS they said it was internal parasites, I treated her with a full dose of clout and 16 hours later gave her a half does she is now feeling so good she has laid eggs twice in three weeks, and the growths are completely gone.
