help id this bug please

found a bunch of these guys in a filter pad.....about 1/2 inch long....wiggles like a worm....

what are they...??
are they bad....??

if so how to treat for them ???

so far a bunch in the filter pads of the white hospital bin tank with the platinum pima....treated with prazilpro we will see

You should pull a few fish and give them a good inspection. You can remove the worms with tweezers. Have you noticed any flashing?

no....it is a 300 gallon bin....havent seen flashing.....

the internet pics show a split tail on anchor worms i am not sure what these are....
