He has been at my lfs for a couple of months now. He is labled as a sturgen catfish but i dont think he is. I would really like to figure out what kind of cat he is. Thanks
It's one of several catfish given the common name of sturgeon catfish. This Brazilian cat is called Leptodoras juruensis. It grows to about 11 1/2". Nice rare pickup.
I want to get him but i really dont have the room for him right now. The store owner said his supplier had a few more. I might get him if he is still there next week.
