Help ID this Channa

I will be picking up this beauty tomorrow and would appreciate if someone can help me ID it. The current owner does not know what it is and it is not an Orientalis nor Gachu; the dorsal ray count is 37 and anal ray count is 26. It does not have any pelvic fins........

Anyway, would appreciate an ID. Thanks

these two have a very similar body shape in my oppinion, but DO NOT take my word, iam new to snakehead's...wait for boss man or bru

No one knows what it is??

It's free .
Current owner said it's at 6 inch and coz he does not have a positive ID on it, he's not sure how large it will grow but he believes it's a dwarf species and won't grow too large.

Most probably a gachua variant or a melasoma cos i can see small dots/spots all over its body.

The max size for Orientalis is 4 inch right?
This fish is already 6 inches
